XV edition of the Brazilian Congress of Fisheries Engineering took place in the city of Manaus, capital of the state of Amazonas and had the theme “Fisheries Engineering and Sustainable Development”, CONBEP took place from October 16 to 19, 2007 and happened together with the I pan-Amazonian symposium on Fisheries Engineering and ornamental fish.
